This is a new version. Kind of a BETA. I have improved the last version.

- added horizontal scrollbar support

- added on-click scroll
- added resize scrollbar according to content
- added mouse scroll according to content
- fixed a few minor bugs + improved code performance

First of all, I just wanted to thank you for the marvelous that you shared with us ( it’s really hard to find something related to this post, which works actually ).
Everything should be nice right? But I encountered one big issue: the second version of the script doesn’t work under IE 6 & IE 7 ( the first version works, I just checked, but not this one ).
