About three months ago we made a new design for our website but we haven’t had the time to implement it (lots of projects to work on). So, I’m asking you right now if you like our new logo

Kind of an easy logo, but there is potential in it. Give the logo a fixed position, and give the background a nice effect ( see eg http://webleeddesign.com/ )
Change the main colour setting of the logo depending on the context, based on what you address a person for. That would make the logo pop out when used multiple times (even in print).
Another hint: Give the logo a personal touch. Something that defines the team. And integrate it.
